Expert Witness

During any computer forensic investigation, there is always potential for a requirement to give expert witness evidence at Court. Our experts take contemporaneous notes and maintain chain of custody records, in order to support any later requirement for expert opinion, affidavits or Court testimony.

It is rare for testimony to be challenged when the forensic investigation is conducted professionally, as the facts obtained generally allow little room for different opinion, especially where experts for different sides are required to discuss the findings.
